Colour Therapy at Revine Naturopathy

At Revine Naturopathy Center, we use a special healing method called Colour Therapy, also known as Chromotherapy. This therapy uses different colours and light to help treat various health problems, both mental and physical. It’s a practice that dates back to ancient Egypt, where they used rooms filled with coloured glass and sunlight to heal people.

What is Colour Therapy?

Colour Therapy involves using different colours to improve our health. Each colour has its own unique healing properties. At Revine, we use two main methods to apply Colour Therapy:

  1. External Method:
    • We use coloured glass to let sunlight shine through and create different collars of light.
    • For example, red UV light can help with joint pain.
    • We place coloured glass sheets in window frames so that the sunlight passes through them and shines on your body.
    • Each session lasts about 30 minutes. At night, we use lanterns with coloured glass to continue the therapy.
  2. Internal Method:
    • We use water that has been exposed to sunlight through coloured bottles.
    • We fill coloured bottles with clean water and place them in the sun for 3-4 hours. The water inside takes on healing properties from the colour.
    • This colour-charged water can be used to wash wounds, massage affected areas, or even drink for internal healing.
    • Adults can take 30 ml of this special water as a single dose.
